Application of MITSUBISHI domestic PLC in boiler equipment

System structure

There are two combustion modes for PLC boiler equipment a PLC boiler equipment boiler, 

1, fuel

The switch is controlled by a PLC fan operation, booster ignition, MITSUBISHI oil MITSUBISHI solenoid MITSUBISHI valve, open and close monitor of photoelectric switch. At the end of the running process, there is reset button to restart the program.

2, gas

The ignition electromagnetic valve operation, electric spark, gas. Gas is controlled by a PLC fan; at the same time open and close monitoring of photoelectric switch, switch to normal combustion control solenoid valve. At the end of the running process, there is reset button to restart the program.

Two models are to be monitored by the PLC real-time boiler water temperature, water level, fan operation, and real-time alarm monitoring.

Two, system work flow

There are two modes of fuel and gas. Two mode switches controlled by operator.

In fuel mode:

1, PLC power supply, the fan running 1 minutes after booster ignition;

2, 5 seconds after the oil circuit solenoid valve open;

3, oil circuit solenoid valve open for 2 seconds, if the photoelectric switch is still closed (not detected flame), then the oil circuit solenoid valve, and the alarm.

4, the wind turbine in 1 minutes after the stop 

5, press the reset button, restart the program.

6, if the temperature reaches the set value, the boiler stops working, the temperature drops automatically after the start.

7, the boiler low water level, stop working, and alarm,

8, fan failure to stop work, the boiler stops running, and the police.

In gas mode:

1, PLC power supply, the fan operation after 1 minutes, gas and electric spark;

2, 5 seconds after the gas circuit ignition solenoid valve open;

3, ignition Solenoid valve open after 2 seconds, if the photoelectric switch to detect the flame (through), then open the normal combustion solenoid valve, close the ignition solenoid valve.

4, ignition solenoid valve open for 2 seconds, if the photoelectric switch is not detected flame, then shut down the gas circuit ignition solenoid valve, and the alarm.

5, the wind turbine in 1 minutes after the stop.

6, press the reset button, restart the program.

7, if the temperature reaches the set value, the boiler stops working, the temperature drops automatically after the start.

8, the boiler low water level, stop working, and alarm,

9, fan failure to stop work, the boiler stops running, and the police.

X00 press the reset button

Y00 control fan operation

Y01 switch.

Y02 gas electric switch.

Y03 oil circuit solenoid valve switch
