FX3u ERROR restart after a power failure blinking

FX3U, cre ERROR new ERROR project, without any changes, clear all parameters, and memory, an empty program to the PLC, runs normal, but restart after a power failure, ERROR light is blinking, 6402 error code, what is the reason?? Urgent!

Dependingour blinking situation, blinking after the power program may be lost. FX3U program is through the battery to keep the program after a power failure, if the program is lost after a power failure may be the battery problem.
